ORDERS

As you know, an important part of our mission is to minimize the impact our operations have on the environment. With that in mind, every single order placed is printed with joy, on demand in the USA. That allows us to prevent waste due to overstocking.

All new orders will ship approximately 5-7 days after your order is placed.

If you want to put Brilliant gifts under the Christmas tree, please order by December 10.

We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. This tracking number may take 3 - 4 days to update.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed in our system.

You should receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you didn't receive one, please:

1. Check your spam folder

2. Verify that the email address you provided with your order is correct

3. If the email you provided was incorrect, please send an email to execdirector@brilliantplanet.org with the correct address, and we’ll have the confirmation resent accordingly

4. If the email address you provided was correct, but you didn't find the order confirmation in your spam folder, please send an email to execdirector@brilliantplanet.organd we'll have it resent to you.

SHIPPING

Thank you for your support! All new orders will ship approximately 3 - 7 days after your order is placed.

If you want to put Brilliant gifts under the Christmas tree, please order by December 10.

Shipping times vary depending on where you’re located in the USA.

Currently, we do not offer shipping overseas.

Please note that our clothing is printed on demand to prevent waste due to excess inventory.

You will select your shipping options at checkout.

Currently, we only ship within the USA.

By early 2021, we plan to open up our shipping destinations.

We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. This tracking number may take 3 - 4 days to update.

There are a few potential reasons why this happened:

1. The address provided was incorrect or information was missing.

2. The item is waiting to be collected but wasn't picked up within the allotted time.

3. The addressee was not available at the time of delivery.

To have your order re-shipped, please send us an email at execdirector@brilliantplanet.org.

If your order is marked as 'delivered' but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below:

1. Verify that the address you provided is correct

2. Check with your neighbors

3. Contact your local post office

4. Email us at execdirector@brilliantplanet.orgfor support

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns.

One-time size exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date you received your order.

Please note all Clearance items are also FINAL SALE.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept cancellations.

1. We only accept size exchanges.

2. Exchanges can be made for up to 30 days from the date you received your order.

3. All items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed).

4. Please pack your items with their tags and the invoice included in the original packaging.

5. Please include your order number.

6. You are allowed to exchange one time only, so please be sure to order the correct size.

7. .You will have to pay the return shipping, but we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.

8. After mailing the item back, kindly email a copy of the receipt and the tracking number to execdirector@brilliantplanet.org.

9. As soon as we receive the return, we will issue you a store credit to place a new order for the correct size.

CLOTHING

For information on sizing, please check out the size charts included with each product.

FOR PRINTED DESIGNS

1. Always wash in cold water.

2. Hand wash if specified on the tag.

3. Don't use bleach or any strong detergent products.

4. Do not machine dry. Hang or lay flat to air dry.

5. Wash similar clothes together.

FOR HOODIES

1. Wear your hoodie as many times as possible before washing it. Since you'll probably wear a shirt underneath your hoodie, it won't need washing as frequently as clothes that come into direct contact with your skin.

2, Turn your hoodie inside-out before washing, especially if it has a screen print or applique on the front. If the hoodie zips, zip it first.

3.Wash in cold water on the gentle cycle with a color-preserving laundry detergent.

4. Hang to dry instead of tossing it in the dryer. Not only does this help it last longer, but it can also prevent shrinking.

5. Store your hoodie in a cool, dry, dark place during warm weather. Wash and air-dry it before storing. Use a garment bag for extra protection.

Warnings

Don't use a detergent that contains bleach.

Don't add bleach to the load when washing your hoodie.
